Graystone Flats

Graystone Flats is an adaptive reuse of a 1960’s fallout shelter in the heart of Sugarhouse. The project will keep to its original character with preserved concrete floors and an industrial yet minimalist design. The project will bring 15 unique multifamily units to one of Salt Lake’s premier neighborhoods.
